Log Records Clarification Text

Uğur Teneke Ambalaj ve Plastik San. A.Ş.(“Company”) records the IP and access (log) information obtained through your connection to the Company network through electronic means in order to fulfill its legal obligations arising from the Law No. 5651 and keeps it for the periods stipulated in the legislation. The processing of your personal data within the scope of the said process is carried out on the basis of the legal reason "legal obligation" specified in the Article 5/2(ç) of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. Based on the same legal reason, your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations upon request. As a data owner, you can exercise your rights arising from Article 11 of Law No. 6698 in writing to the Company or by applying to the Data Controller in accordance with other procedures set out in the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles.
